Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
- 1¼ cups coconut milk (full fat or light)
- 1½ cups frozen pineapple
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 frozen banana
Instructions
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
Notes:
For the frozen banana, peel a ripe banana, cut it into chunks, place it is a baggie and freeze - it will blend better if it's already cut.
